SCREENBROKERS' AGREEMENT

SCREENBROKERS agree that we have received your Material for Analysis and Evaluation only.

SCREENBROKERS also agree that if your material is exceptional we will:

I. Notify you, and with your permission, we will immediately acquire agency representation for said material. Upon receipt of additional copies of said Material or payment to us to make additional copies at the lowest going rate per page, we will begin to send said Material out to production houses for review.

II. We agree to keep you updated on the status of your Material.

III. If SCREENBROKERS agree that your Material is exceptional and production ready and there is no need for further evaluation or work, we will honor our guarantee and refund your entire fee.
